30+ of the Best Marvel Memes of the Week (May 3, 2024)

I don't know if there will ever be a movie as memed as Avengers: Infinity War. There are some premises that just resonate, and a big purple guy killing half the world with a snap of his fingers is one of them. Not to mention, it's easy to make memes about a movie that the whole world has seen and enjoyed! This 2018 release is by no means the only superhero movie that has had the meme treatment. I hadn't seen Spider-Man until this year, and when I tell you the whole viewing experience was just seeing one great meme after another, I'm not lying!

I also think Infinity War was such a meme machine because of the visual of characters dissolving into dust. Also, being willing to kill off (at least temporarily) major characters raised the stakes so high that we had to tune in for Endgame. If you miss 2018 MCU movies, these Marvel memes will be a blast from the all too recent past.
